My Interpretations - Ken Whytock

A collection of Interpretative photos, educational resources, and thoughts about things. I acknowledge that I am a non-Indigenous Canadian living on the traditional lands of the Indigenous people who are the original stewards of this land. I hope to be guided by their respect for the land and I call on my society to respect the signed treaties between our nations.

Students need their teachers to show them, using a think aloud, how thinking works; show them the starts and stops and the hesitation and redo's so that they know ideas don’t come fully formed out of anyone’s head.

A Carbon Tax is for saving the planet...

A Carbon Tax puts a price on the pollution which causes climate change, so to oppose a Carbon Tax is to call for free rein to pollute. Why? Why do we want people to pollute even more with no regard for the future of life on this planet? We need checks and balances on polluters.
