I share this postcard because the rules of teaching in this pandemic change every couple of weeks and that's so stressful to all the frontline teachers trying to develop an education plan to get a child from the beginning of the year to the end of the year successfully using a series of purposeful lessons and assessments. The interruptions mean plans are continually being rewritten - the workload is incredible this year.
